This was a website that was designed to help advance policy initiatives for healthy development for infants and toddlers. It was mainly targeting policymakers, lobbyists, and other influential people in the space.
I was involved in this project from the very beginning, when we were still determining the objectives of the site and it's target audience. It took months to settle on the functionality of the site and the content outline.
The UI/UX design process was done iteratively along with the strategy. We kept everything as wireframes until we had final approval from the client.
Alongside that process there was a separate visual design workflow that created a brand guide including the logo for this new organization, their color pallet, fonts, etc.
We set up the backend of the site in WordPress as we awaited all these separate processes to conclude, and then they combined to create a site that I'm very proud of.
There is a lot of info and content on this site, and some cool interactive elements like the state picker tool that updates the info it shows you live based on your selection.
