Pre-Show Email #1 (7-10 days prior)
Goal: Curiosity headline to get email opened. Send show and booth info to contacts in CRM
Subject Line: No Baked Goods Necessary
Hey {first name},
We’re an old school business and an old school family. We like to stick to our traditions.
A personal touch goes a long way. When someone new comes in to our neighborhood, we like to introduce ourselves with a little welcome gift.
For the Rose family, this has traditionally been baked goods. Banana bread. Pies. Pound Cake.
There’s no sweeter way to introduce yourself.
Well, on {trade show dates} we’re going to be in {trade show location} for {trade show name}.
Will you be in the neighborhood as well? We sure think you should be! It’s going to be a great time.
Unfortunately we’re just stopping by, not moving in.
But we’d still love for you to swing by and introduce yourself.
No Baked Goods Necessary. :)
We’ll be at {trade show booth} at the {trade show name}.
And although we’re the ones visiting, we may have a little gift for you.
Come by and find out. We hope to see you there!
And if you’d like to hear more about our family, you can do so right here.
Neighborly,
Randolph “Randy” Rose & The Rose Family

Subject Line: Here’s Some Great Advice I Got

We’ll be at {trade show booth} at {trade show name}. Remember, it’s {trade show dates} at {trade show location}.
The relationships you can get from events like these are truly immeasurable in value. But maybe you’d like to get something of a more concrete value too.
Well we may have something quite valuable for you that you’d like to get your hands on. We’ll tell you all about it before {trade show name} starts.
See ya there, {first name}.

Our business philosophy has always been to provide a truly personal service. That’s why every customer and client of ours deals directly with a Rose family member.
It’s great talking to our clients over email and the phone, but there’s nothing quite like talking to someone in person.
Their body language, their mannerisms, their smile. You can really get a sense for someone’s personality.
So while we’re both here, we wanted to continue our conversation with you. Come by our booth again and we’ll chat.

Promotion Follow-Up Email #3 (3 days after they sign up for promotion, if show is still going on)
Goal: Follow up and try to get them to come back to the booth to build relationship.
Subject Line: Our Little Secret
Hey {first name},
A lot of people think we’re in the bronze business. Or home furnishings. Or sculptures and plaques.
This may seem true on the surface, but I’ll let you in on a little secret.
What we actually sell is…
MEMORIES!
That’s right. We’re in the business of memories.
People want to remember their loved ones. Their lost pets, their cultural icons, their cities’ leaders.
They want to capture moments in time.
Developing communities need places to gather around. That’s why we serve libraries, universities, parks, and more.
You probably have something you’d like to remember too. Someone you loved. Or a special moment or occasion that impacted you.
That’s what we can offer.
Come by our booth and tell us what memory you’d like to immortalize. We’ll listen.
Kindly,
Randolph “Randy”” Rose & The Rose Family

Post-Show Promotion Sequence
Goal: Educate and entertain. Tell audience about Randolph Rose and their process. Include CTA in each email (call)
For: Everyone who entered the promo at a trade show
- --
Post-Show Email #1
Goal: Thank them. Explain why Randolph Rose was founded, introduce the 5-step process we’ll be covering in the sequence.
Subject Line: Capture That Feeling Forever
Hey {first name},
Hope you had a great time at {trade show name}. We sure did.
And we’re so glad you came by to meet us and enter {promotion name}. We didn’t forget. We’re announcing the winner on {win date}.
But before then, I had a question.
Have you ever had a beautiful dream? Maybe someone you love was in it. You wake up smiling and at peace.
You turn off your alarm, sit up in bed...
...and it’s gone!
You can’t remember any of the details. It all gets fuzzy. Your smile disappears as you realize you have to get out of the warm confines of your bedsheets.
You make your way to your bathroom. The floor tile is cold.
That amazing feeling you had in the morning has vanished. Back to the routine.
Well, what if you could capture that feeling forever?
At Randolph Rose, that’s exactly what we do. We capture people’s feelings in bronze sculptures that are beautiful and sturdy.
We’ve been immortalizing loved ones, pets, veterans, mascots, and local heroes in venues around the world.
And we’ve been at it since 1972.
Along the way, we’ve refined what we do into a proven 5-step process.
Stay tuned and we’ll tell you all about it.
Kindly,
Randolph “Randy”” Rose & The Rose Family
P.S. If you haven’t already talked with a Rose family member, give us a call at (800) 462-5851, before that feeling you want to capture is gone forever.

Post-Show Email #2
Goal: “Infotainment” on Step 1 of the process. CTA to call.
Subject Line: First Dates Are Weird
Hey {first name},
Remember your first date? It was awkward wasn’t it?
You didn’t know what to wear. Or where to go. Or what to say while on the date!
But that first date is important. Without it, there’s no second date, or third, or so on.
Every relationship has to start somewhere.
When someone asks us about doing a custom bronze sculpture, we like to start the relationship on the phone.
It’s the first step in our proven 5-step process, Step 1: Initial Conversations.
And that’s really all it is, but it’s the most important step. We hop on a call and ask you some questions. We’ll figure out your wants and needs, and how to satisfy them.
Of course, you’ll have questions for us as well. Please, ask away. These initial conversations set the foundation for our relationship.
Just like a first date, you may feel shy at first. That’s normal. First dates are weird, but...
One good one can change your life.
If you haven’t talked with a Rose family member yet, call (800) 462-5851 to find out about what we can do for you.
Kindly,
Randolph “Randy”” Rose & The Rose Family
P.S. Don’t forget, we’re announcing the winner of {promotion name} on {win date}.

Post-Show Email #3
Goal: “Infotainment” on Step 2 of the process. CTA to call.
Subject Line: On Bended Knee
Hey {first name},
Last time we talked about the first step in our proven 5-step process, where we have a conversation and ask a few questions. Well, after our ‘first date’, we move to our 2nd step…
Step 2: Proposal.
Wait wait wait, it’s not what you think! We like you and all, but we’re not getting on bended knee and trying to get hitched.
Instead, we’ll put together a written proposal specifically tailored for you based on our conversations. We’ll cover the scope of the project, along with a timeline and cost analysis.
There won’t be any surprise photographer or romantic scenery, but we think you’ll enjoy it all the same.
We’ll go over all the details, answer all your questions, and once you accept, we’ll get started on your custom sculpt.
If you haven’t already connected with a Rose family member on the phone, give us a ring at (800) 462-5851. We can get started right away.
In our next email, we’ll tell you a bit about our sculpting process. And on {win date}, we’ll announce the winner of the {promotion prize} for {promotion name}.
Kindly,
Randolph “Randy”” Rose & The Rose Family

Post-Show Email #4
Goal: “Infotainment” on Step 3 of the process. CTA to call.
Subject Line: Playin’ With Clay
Hey {first name},
You know what I really enjoyed when I was a kid? Building stuff.
I used to spend a lot of time with legos. We’d build castles and ships and it was a blast.
I also used to love building gingerbread houses every christmas. Destroying them was also delicious.
But my favorite thing as a kid… was Playin’ with Play-Doh.
Don’t laugh! It may be a silly kids toy to you now, but back then it was an young artist’s dream tool!
Building little figures and sculptures with play-doh was my creative outlet. I’m much much older now, but I’m still doing the same basic thing for our clients...
Playin’ with Clay.
So after we’ve had our initial conversations, and you’ve accepted our proposal, we move on to step 3 of our proven 5-step process.
Step 3: Clay Mold
We’ll build the life-size clay mold of your customer sculpture. You’ll get regular communication and updates during the process. We’ll take your feedback and make alterations until you are 100% satisfied.
In my opinion, this is where we shine compared to some of our competitors. We really keep you in the loop like no other.
We get that if you’re commissioning a custom art piece, it’s a big deal. Something that important is something you’re going to want to be involved it.
And we make sure you know what’s going on regularly. One of the beautiful things about clay is we can make alterations. Only when it’s absolutely perfect, do we move on to the next step.
Which we’ll tell you all about in the next email.
If you haven’t already been taken care of by a Rose family member, give us a shout at (800) 462-5851.
Kindly,
Randolph “Randy”” Rose & The Rose Family
P.S. On {win date} we’re announcing the winner of {promotion name} that you entered at {trade show name}. Stay tuned!

Post-Show Email #5
Goal: “Infotainment” on Step 4 of the process. CTA to call.
Subject Line: The Bronze Age
Hey {first name},
We know you’re eager to find out if you won {promotion name}, and it’s coming soon. On {win date}, to be exact.
In the meantime...
Allow to me give you a quick history lesson. Don’t worry, this is some cool stuff.
Way back in 3000 BC started an era we now call “The Bronze Age”.
Civilizations around the world advanced technologically, largely due to the usage of bronze.
Until then, they mostly used copper. One of the first things that the early coppersmith must have learned was that when he hammered copper, it hardened. On the flip side, by heating it, he could soften it again.
Some unknown inventor came up with the idea of deliberately adding fixed proportions of tin ore to the copper melt. That produced true bronze and thereby started the Bronze Age.
As bronze was harder, almost equally durable and decidedly easier to cast than copper, its use spread rapidly.
In the Mediterranean countries bronze was not supplanted for over 2,000 years and it lasted a good many centuries longer in north-western Europe.
It’s still used today.
Sure, we’re biased, but we think bronze is an absolutely beautiful metal and perfect for sculptures and plaques. It’s durable, long lasting, and the color is fantastic.
More than anything, we love the history and tradition of it. We’re a family business, and tradition means is one of our core values.
Ok, history lesson over. Onwards.
Now, after we’ve had our initial conversations together, approved a proposal, and finalized the clay mold, we move on to step 4 of our proven 5-step process.
Step 4: Casting In Bronze
Your sculpture will be cast in bronze at full scale. We’ll finish it with patina, wax coating, and brackets.
We follow an ancient process for this that’s been around for thousands of years. You can read more about our Lost Wax process here.
And if you’d like us to create something special for you, get in touch with a Rose family member on the phone. If you haven’t already done so, give us a call at (800) 462-5851.
Kindly,
Randolph “Randy”” Rose & The Rose Family

Post-Show Email #6
Goal: “Infotainment” on Step 5 of the process. CTA to call.
Subject Line: Big Fat Crack
Hey {first name},
One of the fears we all have when ordering something expensive is it getting stolen or damaged during delivery.
I know a guy who ordered a TV online only to have it arrived with a big fat crack in the middle of the screen. This was from one of the big box stores so at least they let him return it and get a new one…
But it was quite a headache for him, one that we make sure our customers avoid.
So let’s do a quick recap.
We have some initial conversations and write out a proposal for you. After you approve, we get started on the clay mold. Once it’s finalized and you’ve signed off, we cast it in bronze and finish it. Now all the hard work is done, and we get to the final step of our proven 5-step process.
Step 5: Shipping
Your sculpture will leave our facility fully insured. Our top-rated White Glove Delivery Service is a complete end-to-end moving solution, and we also have vetted third-party shipping options available for you.
You’ve put your trust in us to create a powerful piece of art for you, and we take our responsibility to deliver it as seriously as we do making it.
If you haven’t already, give us a call at (800) 462-5851. Call that number, and you’ll talk directly with a Rose family member.
And a quick reminder that we’ll be announcing the winner of {promotion name} on {win date}. We’re almost there! :)
Kindly,
Randolph “Randy”” Rose & The Rose Family

Post-Show Email #7
Goal: Final email that wraps it up, hits all the main benefits again, overcomes objections, has some testimonials, and incites action. CTA to call.
Subject Line: Turning Heads In Downtown Hillsboro
Hey {first name},
A little while ago I got some mail from a client. She told us how happy she was with the sculpture we created for her library, and also that their local newspaper had ran a story on it, picture and all.
Here’s what she had to say.
===
I want to apologize for taking so long to reply to you. We love the sculpture we received from you. It has been a wonderful addition to the library and the community continues to praise the piece! I am putting in the mail today a copy of the local newspaper with a picture of the sculpture in front of the library. The picture ran on the front page of the newspaper in late November. As you will be able to tell from the newspaper article “our little man” has stirred up a lot of talk around town!
We are currently planning a spring event to dedicate the piece and plan to have a few events during the celebration. We will be asking the public to name the man and the little girl. We also will be asking the community to tell us “What is he reading”.
I can’t wait for the input from the community. I have been asked several times if we are going to get any more sculptures. Many people in town would like to see us acquire additional pieces.
Thanks for checking on us and I hope to see you in San Antonio in a couple of weeks.
I will put the newspaper in the mail today!
Talk to you soon,
Susan M
===
It’s always great to get mail from happy clients like Susan. Bringing joy to communities is what we’re all about.
Susan also sent me a copy of the newspaper clipping. Here’s what it said.
===
Turning Heads In Downtown Hillsboro
Have you seen the man sitting on the bench in front of the Hillsboro City Library? Did you wonder how long he could sit there reading or call in a welfare concern?
The new bronze statue purchased by the Friends of the Hillsboro City Library has been turning heads since being installed recently. The man is shown reading a book with a small girl laying on the bench beside him contently listening to the story.
According to Library Director Susan Mann, the friends group purchased the bronze statue to compliment the new sidewalk installed in front of the South Waco Street building by city public-works crews

Pretty cool huh? You can read more from our clients here.
And we hope one day you’ll be on that page too!
If there’s a feeling you don’t want to lose. One that deserves to be cherished and remembered…
You need something timeless. You need something elegant. You need something that will get everyone’s attention.
There’s really only one choice.
And that’s a Randolph Rose
We’d like to make that feeling last forever for you.

Our proven process happens in 5 easy steps, and you’ll be included throughout the process. We only go to casting after you’ve approved the clay mold.
Due to high demand and the length of these projects, we can only do so many custom projects per year. If you have a certain deadline, get in touch as soon as possible.
All you have to do is give us a call, if you haven’t already done so. Call us at (800) 462-5851. You’ll be taken care of directly by a Rose family member.
